• QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS (QHHT)

QHHT® is a technique of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon, which she developed and refined over her 45 year career. Lana has taken training with Dolores' Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy and she is certified to practice this method with her own clients. Lana is a Level 2 Certified Practitioner.

Dolores Cannon incorporated past life regression hypnosis; but today, with the expansion of human consciousness, more than just Past Lives are available - Future Lives, Parallel Lives, Lives on Other Planets, Lives in Other Dimensions, the Spirit Side.

QHHT® focuses on the concept that the client will go to revisit "the most appropriate time and place" to address any requests for healing or information.

Traumas, phobias, addictions, allergies, repeated life patterns, programming of the mind - all can come from past life conditioning that is carried over into the current life.

Lana uses the QHH technique to work with the higher self in healing and eradicating these issues that you may currently be experiencing.

Working with the Higher Self helps an individual to the greatest extent possible in whatever capacity possible.

  • HYPNOSIS

Utilization of hypnotic state of "trance" that is natural to reach one’s goals. Each of us has the ability to enter hypnotic state. We each have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. Your conscious mind is that part of you that you're conscious of, the part of you that you "think" with. It consists of all of your conscious thoughts, and is generally limited to thinking of around seven things at any one time.

Your subconscious mind handles the millions of details that you encounter every day of your life. Your subconscious is the domain of your emotions. It is where all data and memories are kept. It maintains all your perceptions, learnings and habits. It is that part of the mind that we unconsciously habituate in our every day lives but we are not fully conscious of it at all times.

Basically, hypnosis allows us to open the subconscious mind to positive suggestion, while the conscious mind wanders or is otherwise distracted.

  • NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) studies the ways our thoughts affect our behavior. It looks at the ways our brains interpret the signals they receive and how these interpretations affect what we do.

It does this through language – the linguistic part of neuro-linguistic programming techniques. By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques help us to look at our thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that we can control, rather than things that passively happen to us.

We can change the way we think, feel and behave by changing our focus – because where focus goes, energy flows. While NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s, it has been expanded upon by numerous researchers, authors over the years.

  • PAIN MANAGEMENT

Pain Management Hypnosis may be a helpful non-drug therapy to reduce pain in chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia. Studies show that more than 75% of people with arthritis and related diseases experience significant pain relief using hypnosis. Today’s practitioners are using hypnosis to give patients an additional tool to help manage their pain.

  • TRAUMA WORK WITH EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a method that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

Repeated studies show that by using EMDR people can experience immediate benefits that once took years to make a difference. It is widely assumed that severe emotional pain requires a long time to heal.

EMDR shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma. When you cut your hand, your body works to close the wound. If a foreign object or repeated injury irritates the wound, it festers and causes pain. Once the block is removed, healing resumes.

EMDR demonstrates that a similar sequence of events occurs with mental processes. The brain’s information processing system naturally moves toward improvement. If the system is blocked or imbalanced by the impact of a disturbing event, the emotional wound festers and can cause intense suffering.

Once the block is removed, healing resumes.

  • TRAUMA PROCESSING WITH EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It is also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.

A disruption in personal energy field is the cause of all negative emotions and pain. EFT is a research-based method, and it has been used to treat people with anxiety and people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy.

Based on Chinese medicine, meridian points are thought of as areas of the body energy flows through. These pathways help balance energy flow to maintain your health. Any imbalance can influence disease or sickness.

Acupuncture uses needles to apply pressure to these energy points. EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply pressure.

The tapping helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy.

  • POST-CAR ACCIDENT RECOVERY HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is a helpful tool in post-car accident recovery, particularly for managing anxiety, fear, and the psychological impact of a traumatic event.

Hypnosis utilizes guided relaxation and focused attention to explore painful memories and thoughts related to the accident.

It can be used to reduce anxiety associated with driving, known as vehophobia.

Here's how hypnosis can be beneficial after a car accident:

    Managing Anxiety and Fear:

Hypnosis can help individuals process the emotional and psychological trauma of an accident, reducing anxiety and fear associated with driving or even general feelings of vulnerability.

    Releasing Traumatic Memories:

By entering a relaxed state, individuals can access and process difficult memories without being overwhelmed by intense emotions, facilitating a more gradual and controlled healing process.

    Improving Coping Mechanisms:

Hypnosis can help individuals develop coping strategies for managing anxiety and fear, such as relaxation techniques, positive self-talk, and visualization exercises.

    Reducing Physical Pain:

While hypnosis primarily addresses psychological issues, it can also be used to manage pain, particularly chronic pain, by influencing the body's pain response.

    Enhancing Overall Well-being:

By addressing the emotional and psychological impact of an accident, hypnosis can contribute to a more positive and resilient recovery process, improving overall well-being.
